Previously, heritage denim brand Levi’s reduced water wastage with its Water Less collection; this latest collection sees the brand take the next logical step in sustainable design with the inauguration of the Levi’s Waste<Less denim collection. With the goal of minimizing waste and bringing social awareness to recycling, this collection intends to prove that you don’t have to forgo comfort, quality or style to be eco. Made with the same quality and craftsmanship, each garment will consist of 20 percent post-consumer recycle product, equaling to 3.5 million recycling bottles being re-purposed for this season’s collection alone. Pioneering new frontiers with technicality and strong commitments to the environment, the Waste<Less denim collection is now available from Levi’s retailers in over 110 countries, so the momentous message can be spread on a global scale.
