Pharaoh Pendant Light by Hulger for Lightyears
Hulger presented this innovative new lighting fixture at the Stockholm Furniture Fair as its first

Hulger presented this innovative new lighting fixture at the Stockholm Furniture Fair as its first ever design commission for Danish lighting company, Lightyears. The ‘Pharaoh,’ a hanging pendant housing that looks curiously like an erlenmeyer flask, plays on the element of surprise through its use of a mirror-like finish that hides the bulb when switched off. However, once switched on, the distinct shape of the plumen 001 bulb (which the pendant was specifically designed for) shines through and gives the pendant a translucent metal appearance. Those hoping to add the fixture to their interior decor can do so when it hits select stores in May according to Lightyears’ website.
