Nike Zoom Kobe II "Prelude"

Where some companies look forward throughout one of their athlete’s injuries, Nike has looked back at Kobe Bryant’s outstanding achievements with the “Prelude Pack.” Kicking off the collection with a re-release of the Kobe 1, here Nike fondly recounts Bryant’s glorious stretch of scoring 50 or more points in four games. As the player recalls, he was forced to develop a rhythm over the course of the season after being injured over the course of the summer, and strove to create his own legacy as he went on. Bryant’s carving of his own legacy is aptly symbolized by a marble in the Zoom Kobe II “Prelude,” which is also garnished with gold accents to represent heroics.
