As in the past, A Bathing Ape has decided to release its street-ready women’s collection alongside today’s men’s release. Unlike many women’s imprints in streetwear though, A Bathing Ape Ladies is more than a reiteration of the men’s clothes, and retains its own playful attitude. Camouflage is still an underlying theme within the collection, yet American and British flag motifs give the collection a sense of boldness, while denim and stripes also add a youthful vibe. BAPE also offers a range of skirts for ladies in Spring/Summer 2014, suggesting oversized hoodies, crewnecks and T-shirts as ideal pairing pieces. Enjoy a look through the collection here.
