Current Berlin-based culture and fashion journalist Jan Kedves has teamed up with Prestel Publishing to present 206 pages of insight into multiple facets of the fashion realm. The former editor of Spex magazine, a prominent German rock and pop culture publication, curated 25 in-depth conversations from his previous journalistic endeavors with notable figures such as Raf Simons, Rick Owens, Malcolm McLaren, Damir Doma, Nick Knight, Juergen Teller and Veruschka, to name but a few. Off the bat it is apparent that Jan Kedves has perfected the art of interviewing with his ability to extract pertinent issues with well-researched questions while maintaining a sense of fluidity in the overarching dialogue.
