Kevin Lyons for DC Shoes 2013 Fall/Winter Snowboarding Collection

DC Shoes‘ European team worked with renowned artist Kevin Lyons to produce its “most extensive collaborative project to date.” Within the collection, everything from snowboard jackets and premium sneakers to a series of custom snowboards has been given Lyons’ signature animated touch. The above video finds Lyons explaining his relationship with DC, which also included a one-off Gondola lift executed in an ironic ‘brick’ motif. Alongside the release, DC Europe and Lyons will host an exhibition of the hand-painted snowboards at The Hub Gallery in Paris on November 14. The Kevin Lyons x DC Shoes Europe snowboarding collection will be available in its entirety at colette beginning November 18.
