According to early industry reports, Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is set to hit the number one spot next week on Billboard charts. MMLP2 is forecasted to sell between a staggering 700,000 to 750,000 copies during its opening week, which would officially give the project the second-highest sales week in 2013 behind Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience which brought in nearly one-million copies during its first week (968,000). It also should be noted that this will be Em’s seventh consecutive number-one album, which surpasses Lil Wayne and Kanye West, yet still trails Jay Z, who’s sitting on lucky 13.
