Acting as host for the Keep A Child Alive Black Ball 2013 event at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York, Alicia Keys also took on role as performer. Paired up with Pharrell Williams the duo took to the stage to perform two of this Summers biggest hits Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” and Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky.” Proving a successful event they were able to raise $4 million to contribute to children and families dealing with AIDS in various parts of Africa.
