Twitter Shuts Down #Music App

After announcing earlier this year that the launching of their music-oriented app, Twitter has now revealed that the music service is now being shut down. The recommendation service, Twitter Music, would show users what songs were currently trending and what their contacts were listening to, and now  The New York Times reports that the app will be no more. Twitter is now planning to rework its music strategy going forward, and its currently unknown how long the app will gone.
