MGMT has dropped off a brand new visual to accompany their ‘Record Store Day’ single titled “Alien Days.” As you’ll see, things start unfolding in the intriguing world of the Amish between a man and woman. It gets kind of weird but somehow makes sense towards the end. The song itself can be found on MGMT’s self-titled third album which was released on September 17. Every configuration of the album came with a free download of the “Optimizer”, a complete audio + visual experience. MGMT are set to embark on a US tour this fall starting at Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin, TX on November 10 and concluding with a stop at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY on December 13.
