In anticipation of Nike‘s latest releases tying into the Year of the Snake from the Chinese Zodiac, we have a brief recap of the previous Chinese New Year releases from the ever iconic Swoosh. Since 2002, Nike has been putting out annual Zodiac editions of its classic footwear models; starting with the Year of the Horse edition, we’ve since seen a model for progress in linear order from Goat to Monkey and so forth, culminating in last year’s Dragon-inspired release. What originally started with just the Air Force 1 expanded in 2007 with the first non-AF1 model, the Nike Footscape Woven 360 for the Year of the Pig. Now, the firmly established collection boasts both lifestyle and performance models in some of Nike’s most inspired and coveted colorways. Have a look through the various editions and let us know which ones you miss the most.
