Legendary designer label Alexander McQueen recently showcased its ready-to-wear 2013 fall/winter collection for its decidedly wearable diffusion line dubbed McQ. Perhaps drawing inspiration from the mid-to-late 20th century English punk uniform, each piece retains a very versatile appeal that easily transitions from chic formality to edgy street cool. Predominately consisting of dark color tones, the London-based fashion house adds a dose of colorful all-over prints that include checkered, floral and splashes of paint on both tops and bottoms. Moreover, the McQ fall/winter line includes high-waisted trousers, slim labels, and a slew of grungy outerwear that adds a dose of English traditionalism.
