With the Chinese New Year only weeks away, we take a closer look at Converse‘s Pro Leather “Year of the Snake,” the silhouette that will highlight the entire collection in China. Sporting faux-snakeskin uppers and subtle black leather accents atop a white rubber sole, the classic basketball sneaker made iconic by Julius Erving will also release in an acrylic sneaker box complete with a red satin lining and an extra set of laces. Those interested can expect the Converse Pro Leather “Year of the Snake” to become available on February 2 at select retailers such as JUICE Shanghai.
