Fool’s Gold Records held its annual ‘Day Off’ party on September 3 in the backyard of the City Winery in SoHo, New York on Labor Day. The hip-hop-focused lineup included the likes of Danny Brown, Flatbush Zombies, Just Blaze and #BEEN #TRILL. The all-star cast proved to be somewhat of a double-edged sword as hordes of fans who hadn’t initially gained entry rushed the VIP entrance gates, subsequently bringing about the premature ending of the party by the NYPD.
