Parisian retailer colette announces a collaborative art exhibit with artistic siblings the Parlá Brothers dubbed “U.T.O.P.I.A.” The Brooklyn-based brothers have been collaborating since their childhood as both offer a distinctly unique approach to their respected art form. While José is renowned for his coded abstract paintings, his brother Rey uses experimental photography and film to create hand-manipulated images without the use of any computer-generated graphics. This enigmatic exhibition will open September 3 at 6 p.m. and will be accompanied by a limited edition book.
