Just under a year ago, Stussy, together with Teenage Engineering and Low End Theory created a contest whose outcome would decide the next great underground beat maker. Well, that search has ended after receiving thousands of entries from every corner of the world. The winner? “Belly Beat” from 16-year-old Zack Sekoff of Los Angeles. As part of his winner’s prize package, Sekoff’s debut EP Ancestor’s was professionally recorded, along with his first show scheduled to be played on August 22 at Low End Theory in Los Angeles. When you’re done listening to and taking advantage of this free stream of Ancestor’s, head over to the Facebook page for Low End Theory to get more details on the event.
