As Fool’s Gold Records continues to add to their arsenal of artists, their latest addition now includes Sweet Valley, aka Nathan Williams (frontman of Wavves) and his brother Kynan. Having released their first single “Total Carnage” a week ago, we now share with you the second single off the duo’s upcoming Stay Calm project titled “Malibu Games.” Stay Calm is an instrumental beat tape, including nine tracks, and is set to release on August 7. When Williams spoke with SPIN about his upcoming project he shared:
I wanted to make a soundtrack to getting drunk this summer and this is what I thought it should sound like.
Stay Calm is set to release through Fool’s Gold, and is the first of five mixtapes to be released by Sweet Valley. Check out their latest track down below and let us know your thoughts.
