Maybach Music Group About to Sign UK Rapper Smiler?

HYPETRAK has been informed through credible sources that UK rapper Smiler is being viewed as a possible addition to the Maybach Music Group roster. MMG head honcho Rick Ross is understood to have been looking for a rapper from foreign shores in order to bring more global appeal to the label and took interest in the British emcee after a few tracks were bought to his attention. Smiler, who originates from London, England, is signed to the same label as MMG – Warner Music – and recently released his first mixtape All I Know to high acclaim.
