Panasonic updates its digital compact camera, the Lumix LX5, with a fully redesigned 24-90mm f/1.4-f/2.3 lens and larger 1/1.7” 10.1 megapixel MOS sensor. This remarkably improves the camera’s low light performance and signal-to-noise ratio for greater picture clarity. Panasonic has also added its Light Speed Autofocus system to the LX7, making it more responsive. The camera also adopts 1080p video recording, 3.8x optical zoom, RAW and RAW+JPEG image recording, and full manual controls.
