DOVER STREET MARKET: Tachiagari for 2012 Fall/Winter
Innovative London retailer Dover Street Market welcomes in Tachiagari for the Fall/Winter 2012

Innovative London retailer Dover Street Market welcomes in Tachiagari for the Fall/Winter 2012 season. Roughly translated in Japanese to mean “beginning,” this aptly named transition is highlighted by a Rei Kawakubo-created Star Wars display window. Inside, shoppers will find the Darth Vader-themed collection on the first floor while elsewhere, the retail location displays its new wares, including modernist collections by Raf Simons, Lanvin, and a suitably futuristic space committed to Margaret Howell. This time around, Dover Street Market’s exhibition space will be dedicated to the collage-based work of Russian artist Gosha Rubchinskiy, whose Fall 2012 collection is heavily inspired by Russian youth and subculture. If you are unable to visit the London location in person, the new items should be hitting the DSM website soon.
