Fred Pharaoh - Gold Tooth

Over the past year, two of the most buzzed-about hip-hop artists to make waves on the internet and sign major record deals have been A$AP Rocky and Azealia Banks. Although the both have risen rapidly and garnered rarely obtained acclaim from the harshest of both rap and indie tastemakers along the way, the thing they have most in common is their hometown. But, while the two Harlem representers have been pushing the boundaries of hip-hop through unique production choices and rapping styles, a neighbor of theirs by the name of Fred Pharaoh is sticking true to his New York roots. Not much information is out there on him, but Pharaoh seems to be off to a good start with his new video, “Gold Tooth,” and the mixtape that the song can be found on, Just For Fun.
