Following the announcement of their Fall 2012 footwear collection, Converse enlists Giovanni Reda and Kenny Anderson for a commercial spotlighting the KA-One Vulc – the latter’s signature sneaker. Crafted out of resistant suede and specially developed Converse-molded OrthoLite sockliner, both aim to convey that the shoe is “engineered for destruction.” Not surprisingly, the conversation quickly morphs from straightforward intentions to more “ambitious” endeavors.
