Berthold‘s 2013 spring/summer looks continue to reflect Raimund Berthold’s design philosophy. The pieces are well-conceived, well-constructed, simple and functional for everyday wear without being boring. Choosing a conservative palette this time, the designer’s care for utility is expressed in the silhouette and fit of the line, as well as the fabrics used. Nylon, neoprene, synthetics, natural wool and cotton have been cut into refined, progressive shapes which are both flattering and functional while exuding a minimalist appeal.
