At this point, it is still uncertain if “The Cure” will be a single from Cole’s upcoming album, a free cut, or a part of a mixtape or compilation. Fortunately, what can be certain is that the piano and horn-backed track is vintage J. Cole, full of the signature wordplay and flow for which the emcee is known.
