With Hedi Slimane recently assuming the role of Creative Director at fashion house Yves Saint Laurent, numerous branding alterations have been made. This week saw the first images of newly branded Saint Laurent packaging, which takes the form of a modern and aesthetically minimal typeface. While all of Slimane’s adjustments have yet to fully develop, it is clear that his new initiatives intend to assert the fashion house as one of the primary brands of the future.
