Shia LaBeouf and Tom Hardy step out as bootleggers for the latest prohibition-era film titled, Lawless. Inspired by the story of the Bondurant brothers, the film follows the duo played by LaBeouf and Hardy as they establish both wealth and enemies from their dealings with bootlegging alcohol during the Depression-era period. The sibling’s adversaries comes in the form of both the law authority (played by Guy Pearce) and a gangster (played by Gary Oldman) who is aiming to control the Bondurant’s supply of alcohol and take a cut of their profits. The film is, as of now, slated to arrive on August 31. Meanwhile, the over two-minute trailer offers a look into the action-packed crime drama.
