Pitbull says music business is "90 percent business, 10 percent talent"

Some people believe in the popular adage that with most things in life it’s who you know. Well, when it comes to the music business, hit-maker Pitbull says that it’s “90 percent business, 10 percent talent.” The Miami artist today revealed his opinion during a Q&A at the Billboard Latin Music Conference, where he then went on to say, “There’s no genius to what I do. I keep it simple, stupid — K.I.S.S.” Much of what molded this conviction was his tribulations between himself and his previous record label.
