L71 House by OFFICE AT

Recently completed by OFFICE AT is the design firm’s L71 House. Sitting at the northeastern end of Bangkok, the beautiful single family home features split-mass construction so as to allow for increased ventilation and natural light. To maximize the use of the space on the property, each of the split mass sections houses either a miniature lawn, wooden walkway or pool. Additionally, the two-layer concrete and metal sheet roof allows for additional ventilation and easy maintenance of the brick, wood and glass structure.
