We’ve heard a great deal of interpretations of Gotye’s global monster “Somebody That I Used To Know.” With over 5 million copies sold to date, top chart positions in 15 countries, and a massive 180 million YouTube views, this is arguably the biggest record of the year so far. We also know that the Australian artist does not co-sign every single one of them of the remixes. HYPETRAK received the honor to world premiere one remix that has been officially approved by Gotye himself. Southampton’s Will Ozanne aka Gang Colours delivers a hypnotic take on the ubiquitous track, even providing an additional dimension to the much-interpreted song. Gotye’s new single, “Eyes Wide Open,” is scheduled for an official June 4 release in the UK.
