Italian fashion gurus Gucci convert their exquisite style in design and fashion to vehicle aesthetics in a collaborative effort with Fiat. The Fiat 500 by Gucci is a celebration of luxurious Italian heritage, quality innovation and stylish design, and was recently unveiled in Milan alongside a commissioned collection of five conceptual short films. The five films — inspired by and showcasing the Fiat 500 by Gucci — include work by Dazed & Confused and Another Magazine editor-in-chief Jefferson Hack, NOWNESS film director Chris Sweeney, Purple fashion magazine editor-in-chief Olivier Zahm, Vogue Italy editor-in-chief Franca Sozzani, and Chinese film director Alexi Tan. Tan is a modern Chinese feature film director whose work has been featured at the Venice International film festival, and his film “Divergence” is about two lovers (played by China’s rising stars Feng Shaofeng and Xiong Naijin) whose secret affair is embodied by matching Fiat 500s by Gucci.
