Aakash Nihalani is a street artist, but not in the traditional modus operandi, or conventional mediums like that of wheat-paste, marker pens or spray paint. He creates unique three-dimensional geometric shapes out of high-visibility masking tape. This style lacks the permanency or criminal ramifications of most street art, thereby allowing him to create his installations at his leisure in full daylight. Design and art blog Lab Daily caught up with Nihalani to talk inspirations and showcase his unique and whimsical art style.
