The late British fashion designer Alexander Mcqueen has collaborated on footwear with brands including PUMA before, but for the label’s Spring 2012 collection, McQueen is offering up his own unique take on a high-top throwback sneaker. Made entirely in Italy, the striking Dark Blue Gomm Sneaker is constructed using pebbled leather atop a vulcanized rubber sole, and features a youthful three-strap Velcro closure. The Gomm retails for $695 USD, and can be purchased online through SSENSE.
