Ahead of the finalization of its sale to Apax Partners for $570 million USD in 2013, Cole Haan continues to churn out the beloved Nike-assisted LunarGrand silhouettes with the introduction of the LunarGrand Penny Tassel for Holiday 2012. Created in conjunction with fragment design and longtime Nike affiliate Hiroshi Fujiwara, the release follows this summer’s fragment design x Cole Haan LunarGrand collection and pairs a traditional tasseled black leather penny loafer upper with a cushioned white Lunarlon sole. The fragment design x Cole Haan LunarGrand Penny Tassel is due to debut in limited quantities at select stockists this December.
