Following yesterday’s collaborative drops with Nike and Amirex, Medicom Toy aligns with the communication skyscraper Tokyo Tower to commemorate its 55th year adorning Japan’s skyline. Although recently falling to the second tallest structure in Tokyo with the launch of Skytree earlier this year, thousands of tourists continue to flock to this beautiful rendition of the Eiffel Tower. Matching the actual tower with a large 400% build, this anniversary piece features an impressive translucent body that can be lit up from below thus allowing light to shine through the Tokyo Tower silhouette on the figure. The Tokyo Tower x Medicom Toy Bearbrick 400% 55th Anniversary will release Friday, December 21 at the Tokyo Tower shop in Japan.
