THE NORTH FACE PURPLE LABEL releases a small “WHITE” collection comprised of a single jacket and bag in time for the 2012 fall/winter season. Borrowing cues from the wilderness — the most desirable proving grounds for technical apparel — the two-piece collection proudly reflects the white snow caps of the Himalayas and the brushed hues of a Pando Aspen tree. Made with HYVENT ripstop fabric, the ROL — ROOTS OF LIFE — Scoop Jacket offers a waterproof outer shell that is both lightweight and breathable, while the ROL Fuse Box is made from friction-resistant and highly durable TPE material. Priced at ¥39,900 JPY and ¥16,800 JPY (approximately $500 USD and $210 USD) respectively, the “WHITE” collection can be found now at nanamica Daikanyama and The North Face Harajuku.
