Tony Alva Talks Frog Throwing

As part of their continuing Classic Tales series, Tony Alva offers up a whopper of a story for Vans. A tale of a rather strange occurrence taking place on the North Shore of Oahu, Alva recounts a rather surreal and bizarre experience with his partner in crime, Bunker Spreckels. If there’s one life lesson to be drawn from this tale, it’s that you should be mindful of your surroundings and that you shouldn’t “toss frogs unless you know they’re going to hit the pool.”
