Earlier this year, Houston-born musician Robert Glasper released his critically-acclaimed long-player Black Radio. The album marks Glasper’s effort to infuse a breath of fresh air to the jazz genre by adding neo-soul and hip-hop elements and vocal delivery from the likes of Erykah Badu, Yasiin Bey, Lupe Fiasco and more. Honoring this release, Glasper brings forth Black Radio Recovered – The Remix EP which features remixed and previously unreleased tracks from the album. The list of the remixers includes Robert himself, as well as ?uestlove, 9th Wonder, Georgia Anne Muldrow and Pete Rock. Today, we proudly present you the Robert Glasper and Jewels remix of “Letter to Hermione.” The piano-driven is supported by the soothing vocals of Philadelphian crooner Bilal and verses from Black Milk.
