Lil Wayne’s 'Tha Carter IV' tops Billboard

Lil Wayne‘s latest album, Tha Carter IV, has debuted at number one on the album charts. Billboard reports that Tunechi’s offering has sold 964,000 copies in its first week. Thus, the LP earns the biggest sales week for a hip-hop album (or any set by a male artist) since his own Tha Carter III that hit the charts with 1.01 million copies sold. This also marks Weezy’s third number one album. Congratulations!
