After creating a substantial stir with his simple, in-your-face TIME magazine cover of Osama bin Laden with an enormous red X over his face, illustrator and portrait artist Tim O’Brien is back with another, subtler cover for the magazine. This time, it’s Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi, drawn with his head blowing away ever so slowly like desert sands. Reviled political figures must be O’Brien’s calling and it’s a fitting cover for a dictator on the ropes, but not yet down.
