Founded in 2000 by Masamichi Katayama, architecture and design firm Wonderwall has become a formidable force in the global retail scene – designing spaces for A.P.C., Uniqlo, Billionaire Boys Club/Ice Cream, Nike and, most notably, lending BAPE stores their signature stark white aesthetic. Although no official project has been announced, a collaboration between the firm and eminent street artist KAWS is clearly in the making as he lends the Wonderwall logo his trademark cartoonish treatment.
