Kelly Rowland’s solo path has not been the easiest. After numerous push-backs and management issues, the former Destiny’s Child member is eventually ready to release her third album – the follow-up to her 2007’s Ms. Kelly. As we heard before, Ms. Rowland recruited Lil Wayne to assist her on the LP’s first single “Motivation.” The jam has now received an accompanying visual which is composed of typical R&B clip ingredients – choreography and drama spiced up with a touch of sexiness.
