Although the name Limp Bizkit is not one that we hear too often in today’s music scene, the band sure was a force to be reckoned with in the late 1990s and early 2000s. After releasing their fourth studio album, Results May Vary in 2003, the rap-rock band pretty much dropped off the face of the earth. They were supposed to make a comeback last year with their fifth album, Gold Cobra, but it didn’t happen. Good news for all Bizkit fans though, as it appears that the new album is shaping up for a 2011 release. According to frontman Fred Durst, Lil Wayne will be featured on the album on a song called “Ready To Go,” and both Raekwon and KISS’s Gene Simmons will make appearances as well.
