The place will serve as a point of convergence for both culture and basketball with a full-on and thorough experience which pays homage to various Los Angeles neighborhoods and the game of basketball itself. The hours of operation are Feb. 18, 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Feb. 19, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
