New York-based photographer Jonathan Mannion, who is responsible for some of the most lasting and memorable photographs in hip-hop history, recently had a chance to sit down with MADE as he talked about his works at Art Basel Miami. Mannion’s love of the medium is evidenced in how he reminisces about his affinity for the creative process, from coming up with something conceptually, to shooting the photo, to finally receiving the contact sheet. Along with the photographs, the solo show boasted performances from A$AP Rocky and DJ Clark Kent.
