Respected Japanese guitarist Tomoyasu Hotei’s 30-year career culminates partly in this co-branded G-Shock with Casio. The watch based on the DW-6900 is comprised of an understated black body featuring his logo embedded in the LCD and a specially designed watchband. From a career perspective, Hotei has enjoyed international success including collaborations involving David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, and the closing ceremony of the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. The watch will release starting January at select Japanese stockists.
