KAWS, The Standard NYC and Picturebox will present James Jarvis this evening. The acclaimed British illustrator unveils his first new narrative in five years, De Profundis, with a signing event from 6-8 p.m. Accompanying the book’s release, The Standard Shop has organized an exhibition of Jarvis’s work, including original works for sale, complete with an original site-specific piece on the shop’s windows from November 10 through December 8. This event is part of The Standard New York’s series of artist collaborations and events, which have included Julia Chiang, Anthony Lister, Andrew Kuo, Ryan McGinness, KAWS and Jeff Canham.
