An offbeat preview of its latest “The 40” boot, Gourmet’s latest video highlights Leo the Butcher, of New York City’s Pino’s Meats. Drawing some assumed conclusions between the label’s latest duck boot and the iconic butcher’s shop, The 40 takes on an asymmetrical lace vamp and is fully lined in wool. The molded leather and rubber upper is supported by a rugged chain link vulcanized rubber treat at the bottom for added traction. Gourmet’s unique take on the timeless silhouette is now available for Fall 2011 through their online store.
