Japan’s Beauty & Youth work with Generic Surplus to present a collaborated Borstal shoe for Fall/Winter 2011. Arriving with a reinventive approach to the upper construction, the shoe is clad in wool featuring tonal overlays and a suede heel. An interesting facet of the footwear however is on the lacing as it takes cues from traditional hiking boots. The B&Y Borstal Wool shoe is available in both brown and black colors for ¥9,975 JPY (approximately $129 USD) throughout Beauty & Youth stores.
