Fred Perry’s recent entrance into Kuala Lumpur had the iconic British label join forces with local creatives to have them reappropriate Fred Perry’s signature polo. The end result saw eight personalities procure pieces that are undoubtedly more on the artistic side. The list of participants included fashion stylist Allien Gan, newscaster Davina Goh, post-rock band Deepset, blogger Joyce Kristen Wong, Malaysian Official Designers’ Association Young Designer Competition winner Miki Lee, feng shui artist Munkao, Zouk KL resident DJs Twilight Actiongirl and photographer Vincent Paul Yong. The polos will be displayed for the next month at Suria KLCC.
