WeSC have moved their UK flagship store on London’s Carnaby Street. The new store is four doors down from their old location and follows existing stores in LA, New York, Stockholm, Paris and Berlin. As part of the new store, WeSC has managed to secure the prestigious Slam City Skates to present a new permanent concept skate store in the basement which opens on the 28th of January. Since 1986, Slam City has been London’s ultimate skate destination. Not only does Slam City stock boards, hardware, apparel and sneakers, it also serves as a meeting point for the London’s youth, skaters, photographers, artists and skate culture affiliates. Key UK and US hardware brands line the walls alongside footwear lines like Supra, Nike SB, Vans Syndicate, Etnies, Emerica and eS as well as apparel from their own Slam City line of cut & sew t-shirts, crews and hoodies, designed in part by professional skaters and artists.
